House Types and Floor Plans
The homes available at Helderberg Manor include garden cottages and freestanding homes.
Both come in a variety of floor plans. Purchasers have the option of selecting from several interior design colour palettes for cupboards and fittings.
- Garden cottages have one or two carpeted bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled and a single garage may be included in the purchase.
- Freestanding homes each have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and in some cases a study, which can be converted into a third bedroom. Garages are single or double.
All the homes at Helderberg Manor feature attractive patio and/or yard areas. A DSTV dish and connection is provided free of charge with every purchase, and each home owner is issued with two remote controls, for the house alarm, panic button, medical emergency alert and garage (if applicable).
The architectural design of the village incorporates clean lines and a relaxing colour palette. There is an emphasis on openness in the homes, allowing for easy movement around the interiors and to external environments. To help conserve energy and create a brighter environment, natural lighting is maximised where possible.
